Reminiscent of a 16th-century Italian palace, Palazzo Versace Dubai is a neoclassical masterpiece with subtle traces of Arabic architecture. With a distinctive entrance, high ceilings, landscaped gardens and a range of well-crafted Italian furniture, the hotel is truly a symbol of the Versace lifestyle.

Palazzo Versace Dubai is located on the Jaddaf waterfront, less than 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 8 minutes from the Burj Khalifa and downtown Dubai. It is conveniently located on the shores of Dubai Creek. On arrival you are welcomed by the striking design of the "Pietra di Fiume" - the iconic medusa and Greek decor. A stroll through the public areas of the 5-star hotel reveals exclusive designs and fabrics from Versace, while the lagoon pools and ponds complement the tranquility of the lush garden that surrounds the hotel. Each piece of furniture and textiles, which adorns 215 hotel rooms and suites and 169 residences, is designed and manufactured by Versace exclusively for the Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai. Each of the hotel's 9 restaurants and bars is designed to have an open-air terrace that reflects the heritage of Palazzos, where the inner courtyard was an informal space to meet, dine and enjoy the weather. The three outdoor pools are decorated with mosaic tiles and surrounded by palm trees and flowers. With beautifully landscaped gardens and unobstructed views of the bay and Dubai skyline, this luxury hotel is ideal for weddings and social events.

Rooms

Each of the hotel's 215 luxurious rooms, full of classic Italian design, reflects the true essence of the Versace brand. Here, "luxury" lies in the material - parquet floors, canvas intricate white and cream boiseries and a pastel palette of silk furniture. Rooms and suites at Palazzo Versace feature the Versace home collection, which features turquoise, blue, beige, gold and salmon colors. The rooms and suites are lit by plenty of natural light, and you can enjoy tranquil views of Dubai Creek or Jaddaf Waterfront from the private balcony or terrace. The bathrooms feature handmade mosaics and Carrara marble tiles, which strike a balance between detail and simplicity.

Hotel review

Even the most demanding clientele must be captivated by this hotel. If you love Versace style and luxury, be sure to visit the hotel. You will be interested in the entrance hall with a huge medusa head in the floor right in the hall, beautiful upholstered seats and a majestic piano.

The rooms are large, luxuriously furnished, designer cushions and bedspreads, and the glasses in the room minibar have the Versace logo, I prayed that I wouldn't break it :) There is also a Versace boutique right in the hotel, with these glasses and various home accessories, in shopping if you have enough money. The price includes daily water and capsule coffee in the room, which you can prepare in a machine.

The bathroom is huge, made of luxurious marble, cosmetics like other than Versace, and of course towels with the logo.

Breakfast was an absolute luxury, there was perhaps everything you can think of, salty, sweet, warm, cold, juices only freshly squeezed, a wide variety of exotic fruits, and everything tasted amazing.

The hotel has 3 outdoor swimming pools. One is smaller in the back wing of the hotel, behind the reception is a large pool, which is in the shade almost all day, which can be useful in those heat, and we spent the most time at the largest lagoon pool. There is a swimming pool bar La Piscina with cocktails right in the pool, and the hotel also announces various promotions to save money. There are also a lot of large inflatable flamingos, which you can ride, and not only children had fun in them from a far :) The pool is surrounded by palm trees, a large garden, luxury loungers with towels and cushions and you can admire colorful parrots in a large cage. There is also an outdoor restaurant.

As for the location of the hotel, you are by taxi in about 15 minutes to the airport, and it is not far by taxi to the center to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall or the Souks (markets, known mainly for the gold and spice, but you will also find clothes here). It is far to the sea to the beaches, about half an hour by taxi. If you have windows to the side of the bay, you can see the sea, rather only an artificially dug wide canal, along which boats run, there is also a smaller port right next to the hotel. There is a beach across the canal, but we didn't swim there. A promenade runs around the canal if, for example, you are running or like to walk. Relatively close to the hotel is the subway, but when we were here, a lot was built around, so due to comfort, we preferred to take taxis, which are at very decent prices, right in front of the hotel was always a taxi. It is possible to use hotel cars, but there will be much different prices.

My recommendation - if you can afford it, definitely visit the hotel. I haven't found anything I can complain about, and that's what to say! :)
